why say neigh to horse meat?

As Tesco apologise profusely over the horse meat fiasco, we need to consider that old adage 'you get what you pay for'. Although the actions of the factories in question should not be condoned, with high demand for cheap processed food, Tesco as market leaders squeeze their suppliers to a point where it's no wonder they try to cut corners. I for one was appalled to see all that perfectly good meat go to waste; it could easily have been sold off, or given away. I feel sorry for the factory workers, out of work through not fault of their own, as Tesco pull their contract. It's a lesson in choosing where you shop. Were Bonners to start selling horse meat I'd be first in the queue.
